Welcome - here's everything you need to know about uniforms for children joining in the academic year 2025 (Kindergarten to Year 6)

Summer uniforms - to be worn in School terms 1 and 4

Winter uniforms - to be worn in School terms 2 and 3

Summer uniforms are now available to purchase in-store. Winter uniforms will be available at the end of Term 1 2025.

You can purchase through the following ways -

Uniforms may be purchased through this website OR walk into the uniform shop at school (please sign in at the school reception) open during the school term

UNIFORM SHOP TIMINGS at school- Mondays and Thursdays - 8:45 AM to 9:30 AM

• New students purchasing for the first time get a discount of 5% for AUD 300 and above using the promo code NEWBIE
• A selection of second-hand uniform items is available for sale from the Uniform Shop. Prices vary between $3 and $10 and are GST-free. Items are sold “as is”. No exchange or refund is available on second-hand items.
• All students are expected to wear the correct school uniform at Waitara Public School. If you have any difficulties purchasing the full uniform, please see the Principal OR the School Administration Manager

This uniform is mostly worn 4 times a week by Kindergarten

The school allocates sports houses - Rosella, Kingfisher, Kookaburra and Currawong. Sports houses do NOT change once they are allocated. Siblings will belong to the same sports house.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• It is not compulsory to buy library bags and school bags from school
• A hat or cap is mandatory every day. We recommend Kindergarteners wear hats, not caps.
• We do not sell school shoes, black school shoes can be bought from any retailer
