Welcome! Here's everything you need to know about Waitara Uniforms for children joining in the academic year of 2026 (Kindergarten up to Year 6)

Summer uniforms - to be worn in School terms 1 and 4

Winter uniforms - to be worn in School terms 2 and 3

Summer Uniforms are now available to purchase in-store and online (from beginning of Term 1, 2026)

You can purchase through the following ways:

Uniforms may be purchased through this website OR please visit the Waitara Uniform shop (please sign in at the school reception) Open during school term

UNIFORM SHOP OPENING HOURS - Monday and Friday mornings only (8:45 AM to 9:30 AM) - we are no longer open on Thursday mornings, starting as of February 2026

• New students to the school and purchasing for the very first time, will receive a discount of 5% for $300 and above using the promo code NEWBIE
• A selection of second-hand uniform items is available for sale from the Uniform Shop. Prices vary between $3 and $10 and are GST-free. Items are sold “AS IS”. No exchange or refund is available on second-hand items.
• All students are expected to wear the correct school uniform at Waitara Public School. If you have any difficulties purchasing the full uniform, please see the Principal OR the School Administration Manager

Regular Uniform - Light blue short sleeve unisex polo with embroidered Waitara Public School logo. Grey shorts, Hat or Cap, Grey socks and Black shoes

This uniform is mostly worn 4 times a week by Kindergarten

This uniform is mostly worn once a week by Kindergarten

The school allocates sports houses - Rosella, Kingfisher, Kookaburra and Currawong. Sports houses DO NOT change once they are allocated. Siblings will also belong to the same sports house.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE;

• It is not compulsory to buy Library bags and School bags from the Waitara Unform Shop
• A hat or Cap is mandatory every day. We recommend that Kindergarteners wear full brimmed hats, NOT caps
• Unfortunately, we do not sell school shoes, black school shoes can be bought from any good shoe retailer
